EEL 21 Incorporated was registered in April 25th 1991 and began operations as a management consultant specializing in the planning and production of movies, dance, theatre, concerts, television and radio programs, and music recordings business marketing.
EEL was formed as a different consulting service from the many financial consultation companies which are the norm for such consulting companies.
We at EEL offers a package from the planning stages to the finished final product and all the interim services required, a service we call “total product” and continues to this day.
Our achievements are not limited to domestic Japan. In overseas we have left our “footprints” as numerous successful work in countries as diverse as the Stanley Plaza project in Hong Kong, the Russian Consulate annex project in Jakarta Indonesia, commercial products testing in New Zealand and Canada. Domestically in Japan, we handled and assisted many large scale campaigns as the World Cup Supporters Campaign (soccer), the FIS World Cup Ski Campaign.
Naturally, even as EEL differs from the many management consulting companies by the work done in the mass media fields, EEL is proud of the many past achievements in this particular field.
Another specialized field is in the movies production and co-ordination work including the management of royalty payments collections - work which is usually the realm of advertising companies - this work is also EEL’s specialized work.
